Transformer wiring methods

①Input

Input terminal 0 and 1 is the common terminal, which compose input voltage, 

do not distinguish between positive and negative, wiring (a Neutral wire and a live wire) input voltage is 220V

②Output

The output voltage is 70V, the output is divided into 11 and 12. The same digital output can not be connected.

 For example, in 4 group outputs, four 11s and four 12s are connected to one driver by one wire, 

but not 11 to 11 or 12 to 12. They cannot be connected to the same terminal at the same time.

Notes on transformer purchases

1.Before purchase, first estimate the total capacity of the electrical 

appliances you use, and use a transformer with the same spare 

capacity to ensure that the transformer is not burned out when 

starting instantaneously.

2.The transformer is designed and produced according to the 

relevant national standards. When you use the multi-winding

 (multi-control voltage) transformer, the capacity should increase 

the transformer capacity according to the voltage ratio, so as not to burn out the transformer.

3.Before installation, please carefully check whether the data listed on the nameplate meet your requirements and confirm it is correct before installation and use.

4.After power work, transformer core and coil will heat，is a normal phenomenon(but the temperature rise does not exceed 80°C). 

If the temperature rise exceeds 80°C, or even smoke, you should cut off the power switch, re-check the capacity of the electrical appliances you use.

5.When placing an order, you should provide the transformer type, frequency, input and output voltage, 

whether there is any capacity allocation for the output voltage, how the capacity of each voltage group is specifically allocated and whether there are any other special requirements.
